Arethere any plans (or way) to change color settings, darker or lighter,  to compensate for caramelization and other factors more than what is allowed by the program to this date ?????

Hi,
What specifically do you have in mind?  It might be possible to add a shade darker color to account for long boil carmelization, but I'm not sure what other color effects you wish to add.  Also, do you have any empirical data on how much carmelization drives the color for a given boil and concentration?

Thanks,
Brad
