I was curious to hear any pros or cons, or just general thoughts, about cleaning and sanitizing a corny keg and then leaving the star san in the keg until the next batch is ready. I've talked to some that leave a bit of sanitizer in the keg/lines and some that empty it out and let it air dry until the next batch...

When I clean my kegs the last thing I do is give them a StarSan rinse, then push out the sanitizer and air with CO2. They then sit with no O2 and just a little bit of StarSan until I fill them with beer. Works for me.

I do the same as Maine Homebrewer.  Never had an issue.
