Hi I am trying to break down how much prime sugar to make for each gallon of wort I know 5 gallon you make 4 oz. ok so what about
4 gal. = ?
3 gal. = ?
2 gal. = ?
1 gal. = ?

Thank you.

Well since you add the corn sugar during bottling or kegging you are actually adding it to beer, not wort. Straight formula would be .8oz per gallon'

The amount of priming sugar also depends upon the temperature of the beer when bottling and the amount of carbonation (volumes of CO2) that you want in your finished beer.  BeerSmith has a carbonation tool which calculates this amount out for you.  On the top menu bar 'tools' >> 'Carbonation Tool'
