Can you add a tool in beersmith for adjustments needed to hit OG.  I created the attached spreadsheet that calculates water additions if pre-boil og is too high, and DME additions if too low based on the formulas from this article:  https://byo.com/hops/item/761-hitting-target-original-gravity-and-volume-advanced-homebrewing

Would be great if this functionality was built into the software

Check out the tools tab:

Dilution Tool. This tool also lets you dilute with water, wort or beer. Which makes it handy for pre or post boil, as well as blending after fermentation.

Gravity Adjust, which uses liquid or dry malt extract.

Boil Off, which helps you determine the time needed to make OG or the OG to expect based on your time available.

Thanks Brewfun.

The adjust gravity tool is EXACTLY what I was looking for.

I guess I haven't played around with the software enough - had no idea it existed.

Appreciate the help
