Recipe missing ingredients and only 8 hops in ingredient list

Hi,

I recently got the add-on for the new BJCP guidelines and since then I have problems with my hop ingredients (not sure if the add-on is related or not).
I only have 8 hops in my ingredients list. Grain and yeast seems to be OK.
I also have a recipe that is missing all of the ingredients. Luckily I had a PDF of the recipe, so I can add them back in. But this is where I found the issue with the hops not being listed.

Anyone else have this problem? Everything has worked well up until now. I'm running Windows 7 and Beersmith 2 V2.2.12

Try putting this file in the Beersmith2 folder under programs on your computer.

I tried adding in that file but I am still missing a lot of hops; Centennial, Citra, Willamette, etc.  Overall there are a lot of hops that I use that are missing.  Any ideas??
