Wow! Two great articles on how to speed up the brewing and fermentation process! Thanks BeerSmith!  I just brewed yesterday.  Started at 8:35am and finished cleaning up at 1:00 pm! :(  Too be able to cut several hours off the brewing process would be great! Thanks.  Printing out the articles for the next brew session! ;D
