First of all, htis is my first post but not my first brew. Previous batch of saison is all finished and my next batch is nearly ready for bottling, its mainly pilsner malt and saaz hops. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for bottling using syrup/cordials as I was thinking that an elderflower twist might be good for this beer. Similarly i had thought to make a sweet syrup using the brambles growing nearby to prime some to make a Bramble saison. I am thinking of making three batches 7l control, 3/4litres bramble and 5 litres elderflower
