Can i use the reicpes from my Windows BS in Mac op system?

Yes.
BeerSmith uses the .bsmx extension for user files.
In Windows, all of your recipes & custom profiles are found at ...\Documents\Beersmith2. After installing BeerSmith & entering your key, you can just copy/paste the contents from one computer to the other.
As with all things involving data, backups are recommended.
