Beersmith 2 Cloud login fail

I recently purchased beersmith 2 and I am having issues logging into the cloud, I know that I'm using correct account info because it works fine for iPad and iPhone. I have tried 2.2.12 and 2.2.14 both with the same result, running on a MacBook Air with OS version 10.11.1. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Finally got it to work, still not sure what the issue was but its working now.
