whats the best water profile to use,

what is the best water profile to use when making a nitro, milk stout. I live in los Angeles and I want to adjust it appropriately. Thank you for all your time, Rick

Bring up the Beersmith Water Profile Tool and select East or West Los Angles as your base and select like Dublin, Ireland as your target and enter the number of gallons you want to make and hit Calculate Best Additions. Not exact but close enough.
