Lost Toolbars and panels and can't get them back???

I removed the gray toolbar across the top (file,edit,view etc....) and can't figure how to get it back?  Right click doesn't work.
I also removed the panels on the left and can not get them back either?

OK I figured out how to get the preview pane straightened out but still can't get the tool bar at the top back?

Go to Options > Look and Feel. Click the "Show Menu" box.
