This probably has been discussed before, but I don't see my exact problem mentioned:
If I don't have quite enough amount of some certain ingredients in my inventory for a particular recipe, and I select "Remove from Inventory", it will set the amounts for those ingredients to 0 and not change the other ingredient amounts that I have enough of. (At least that was my experience yesterday. I don't know if it behaves that way consistently.)
If I don't remember exactly what the amounts were previously, I can't change the inventory amounts back to what I actually have without actually checking and weighing my ingredients. (I haven't tried the "undo" button for this. I am guessing this might restore the inventory back to the way it was.)
Anyway, it would be nice if a dialog box would come up and tell me what ingredients are short or missing before actually subtracting amounts from inventory.
