I just added filtration system to my all grain brewing system to improve the quality and reduce the chlorine. It has a 10 micron filter followed by a carbon filter. Does anyone know a fast and cost effective way for testing the filtered water for brewing? I saw the testing kits for $400. , but my water was good before the filter but not great. I have the city water report, such as it is, but how do I know what I am butting in my beer? I am progressing in my brew methods and want to nail the water down.

Some home brew shops do water testing. Hopheads in Fort Walton Beach, FL can run a sample almost while you wait. Or, you can send a sample to Ward Labs in an emptied water bottle:    https://producers.wardlab.com/BrewersKitOrder.php
