Something is off here.
With 2.6 kg of DME and 800 g of specialty grain it tells me I have an est. ABV of 1.4%...?
With over 110g or hops (not including dry hops) it tells me I have 1.6 IBUs....?

Same with SRM (14 for a stout)
Any suggestions from the tech support crew?

Thanks.

There isn't enough information here to answer your question.

Are you looking at estimated or actual measurements? What's the batch size? Is the recipe type set to extract? It sounds like you entered a much larger batch size than you intended.

Volumes? Recipe?  If you add this amount of DME and steeping grains in a 60 liter batch I come up with abv of 1.4%.  Need more info to give you any help here.
