Error When loading new Add-ons - Permissions

Hi guys...

I get this error when I try to load the new add-ons.

Mac OSX.11.3  El Capitan
BS 2.2.12

Looks lie some form of permissions problem - but I cant figure it out. There is no permissions repiar in th edisk utility like on previous Mac  OS's

06:48:20: can't create file '/Users/Jules/Documents/BeerSmith2/Updates/Yeast2016Update.bsmx' (error 13: Permission denied)
06:48:20: Impossible to set permissions for the file '/Users/Jules/Documents/BeerSmith2/Updates/Yeast2016Update.bsmx' (error 2: No such file or directory)
06:48:20: File '/Users/Jules/Documents/BeerSmith2/Reports/dl3.txt' couldn't be renamed '/Users/Jules/Documents/BeerSmith2/Updates/Yeast2016Update.bsmx' (error 0: Undefined error: 0)

Can you check the permissions for that directory?  It appears for some reason you can't write to that directory so it can't store the file it just downloaded.
