Why dose BS want me to add so much water ?

(10 L IPA whit a Brewcrafter25, 3 KG of malt)

If I mash with 3.5 liters per kg of malt, and add the 2.7-liter up to the mash filter (such as Brewcrafter25 is to be filled)
It gets 13.2 liters of mash.
I estimate that about 3 liters get stuck in the malt, etc. so I get 10 liters left.
But then BS wants to pour 9.12 liters of water in ...
That's 19.12 liters before boiling (another part of BS want it to be 13.94 ..)

Estimated 2,5 liters disappears in the boil =19.12 - 2,5= 16,6 liters.. that's over 6 liters to much...

what do I do wrong ?

What is the dead space setting for your mash tun?  If the program is telling you to add 19.1 liters to get 13.2 out, then it is either in the water absorbed by the grain, or in the dead space of your mash tun.

Are those settings ok ?

From the bottom to the outletTAP is 1 Litre.
From the bottom to the "basket "( I use a Brewcrafter 25) teres 2,7 Litre.
