New Ingredient Profiles?

Hi.  I’m new around here and had a question.  I’m trying to add a few ingredients to BeerSmith but have not been able to find the profiles/spec sheets on them.  Can anybody tell me (or point me in the right direction) what the stats are for:

1)   Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2)   Brewed Coffee (cold-brewed)
3)   Real Vanilla extract

Hi,
  For these ingredients, I would probably add them in as miscellaneous additions.  With the exception of the coffee, they will not do much to the volume, so they are basically flavor adjuncts.

  For the coffee, you just need to take into account the volume of coffee added and subtract that from your water calculations assuming you are adding a significant volume.
