keg carbonation

O

olskoolsoulja

Hi,
      I want X level of carbonation.  beersmith states 49kpa at 2.0 c  .

does this mean I pressurise the keg at 49kpa(2 c) and after a certain amount of time it will be carbonated to the desired level.

                            cheers

Rich,
Yes, that is it!  It takes a few days to get carbonated, and perhaps 4-6 days to get nice fine bubbles throughout.

Cheers!
Brad
