hi guys, new to brewing. i have only made 23 batches and only one of those not being a kit.

i am going to brew a stella clone but do not have the ability at this time do a lager (colder fermentation) and need an ale alternative

Bohemian Lager Yeast Activator - Wyeast 2124

thanks for the help

alternatively, what does everyone think about...
-a clean american ale yeast like us-05?
or
-a saison yeast to really dry it out?

SAFLAGER W-34/70

Supposedly they did a test with this yeast. Split batch where they fermented one at 50 degrees and one at 66. They couldn't tell the difference between the two when given a blind taste test.
