It would be great to have an ingredient editor so that you can modify multiple inventory items at one time.
Rate of Exchange fluctuations for imported items causes prices to go up & down on a weekly basis: since 90% of our stuff in South Africa is in fact imported (apart from a small local selection of grains and hops), it means a weekly admin effort to keep our supplier prices correct on BS2.
Therefore it is almost impossible to get even close to an accurate batch material cost summary.
