Installing Custom Plug-In - How Do I Do It?

I've located downloaded a custom plug-in (the *.bsmx and the *.xml files) that someone created for Mangrove Jack's yeasts.

But how do I install this plug-in in BeerSmith2? I suppose the files go somewhere, but where?
 
Open the file in BeerSmith (File->Open) and then copy/paste the items you want into your Ingredient->Yeast view from the open file.
