Fetal Error? How to fix reaccuring problem

Hi, I have used BS for many years without major issues but the last 3 months have been horrible. Issues keep arising, first it was the administrative permission, that has been solved, now the program keeps on crashing.

This is my new issue...

Anyone run into this issue?
I have completely removed BS from my computer (not just the uninstall). BS seems to work well for about a week then I get this same message and it wont open

this happened to me too, when you uninstall, you have to ensure you delete EVERY file as there is a folder left over of recipes and other items..(i believe in documents)..i deleted this folder, restarted the computer, re-downloaded BS2 and it worked fine..
