Windows 7 user here. Clicked on File->Add-ons, got the Add-ons window but it's blank. If I click on the green add icon, I get an error message that says "Could not connect to download the list of add-ons from the internet". I've got an internet connection, so what's the problem?

Add-ons Doesn't Work

You do need to click the add button (the first screen only shows what you have installed).
If you can't reach the server usually it is a firewall issue - either firewall or antivirus software on your computer or your network router.
