I have been brewing for several years now but consider myself a newbie as
I have never delved into all grains brewing but have done a couple of
brews using  extract and grain combinations.

So,  I have a quantity of Light DME and  Briess Pilsen DME along with a good quantity of Rhar 6 Row  unmilled grain.  I have plenty of different hops combinations on hand.

I would like a good, simple recipe for a crisp, light lager.  I need very detailed , as in step-by-step recipe.  Anything less than "Bring water to boil and add grains,  boil ten minuts and add whatever hops, etc. "  will not give me enough information.

Many thanks for suggestions.

My suggestion would be to query the very extensive BeerSmith database to find a recipe with the detail you're looking for.
