What are good temperatures for storing and bottle conditioning brews.

Cheers!!

Greetings Beer Lover,

I will typically bottle condition my brews at whatever temperature my basement it at the time.  For me, that's normally between 65 and 70 degrees, winter vs. summer respectively.  I use to be real fussy about the bottles being in a 70+ degree space.  But I got over that pretty quickly when I had to drag my bottles up the stairs to condition on the dinning room table for 2-3 weeks and had to listen to my wife complain about it.  So, in my carbonation profile, I use 65-70 degrees, depending on ambient, and everything works out well.
