Is there a way to add a locally grown grain to the list of ingredients?  I have the spec sheet from the Malting Company and can input it or scan/email it to someone.  Its the Skagit Valley Malting Company Copeland base malt.

open up the ingredient list (grains) and click on the icon in the ribbon which reads 'add grain'.  This will open up a clean grain profile and you can enter the data from the spec sheet.  Save when done.
