1 Year Aged bottle of Abyss
« on: August 18, 2016, 01:36:36 AM »
Looking for some advice.

I have a bottle of 2013 Abyss that I have saved. Me and my wife are going to crack it openj next week for her birthday. Should I drop it in the fridge for a day or just leave it out for room temp? Looking to get the best taste out of it. Tono Para Celular
Suppose we can chill it, pour it, leave it out, and finish it at room temp and compare ourselves as well. Heh.

Any ideas appreciated.

Serve it chilled then taste it as it warms up. I Hate U I Love U Lyrics- I have done this with the Abyss with friends each year. Some of my friends enjoy it at a different temperature than my preference. Treat You Better Lyrics
I usually buy two bottles. One to open and one to cellar then do a flight of the last 5 years.
