Plan to brew the Irish Red Draught all grain kit from NB.  It calls for a 60 min addition of liquid honey, how do you enter that into Brun Water?
Really appreciate any help on this

Greetings. If I understand your question, you state the honey is added at 60 minutes left to the boil????  If so, Brun water doesn't need to know anything about the honey addition.  Brun water is mainly used so you can calculate your mash pH and add the recommended salts so you can maximize the extraction of fermentables during the mash.

Now, if you're question is in reference to adding the honey to the mash, than its a good question and I'll wait for one of the more experienced brewers help out.

Good luck!!!
