cant log into cloud

When I try to login to the cloud to retrieve my recipes this is what I get.  I see some of the recipes flash on the screen then all I get is this screen in the main window.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck.

Try logging in at BeerSmithRecipes.com and see if you have any password or other issues.  If you can log in there but not on your PC then the most likely cause is that your firewall software or network router is blocking the desktop program from accessing the website.  Try allowing BeerSmith in your firewall or router access to BeerSmithRecipes.com.

ok I will check it at home.  it used to work here in my office at work.  I did check it on the web site and I can see them.
