New Recipe - Grain not listed in software

Hi

I'm putting together my first recipe.

I tried to enter Shepherds Delight grain and found it is not listed.

Is there another name for this grain?  Any suggestions as to what to do?

I am not familiar with that grain so cannot suggest a substitute within the database.  If you have a specification sheet from the maltster, you can enter it into the grain database by opening up the ingredient file for grains, and clicking on 'add grain' to enter in the specifics.
