Bulk Grain in NY Metro area

I'm hoping someone might have any experience buying bulk grains in the NY Metro area that's less expensive than our LHB shops. I get so frustrated seeing 50# bags online for $34, but have a shipping cost of $35! My LHBS sells Breiss 2-Row for $60, not too bad but not not great. Local malsters are even more expensive because they are "small batch" producers so they aren't an option.
If anyone has purchased bulk base malts (for less that $60 a bag) in NY, NJ, PA and I will be traveling down to MD soon so DE is a possible stop too, I'd greatly appreciate it.
