Windows ver. 2.3.12 and earlier. At some stage, data entered in the fermentation readings table no long gets transferred over to the Fermentation and Aging Profile graph. This may be after a month from the start of fermentation. Has anyone else experienced this? What is the cause?

This is (unfortunately) a known bug. The program is not counting the "last" stage in some multi-stage fermentation profiles. You can work around it by making the earlier stages longer, and I have a fix I've put in for the next release which I hope to get out in a month or two.
