The biggest impact of no chill is with the utilization of the hops.  To estimate this, you need to look at the section in your equipment profile which I have clipped and attached to this reply.  You will need to get a good estimate of time until your wort drops to 85C and then check the box to 'Estimate boil hop util into whirlpool' to extend the time for AA utilization during that time of cooling.
Recycle your grains, feed them to a goat!
