Starting problem

Hello,

I am having a problem with the running of the Beersmith. I use it very often, and even 2 days ago i use it. The message I get is that it is running trial mode and the copy has not been activated
What shall I do?
Is there a connection problem?

Please let me know as soon as possible,

After your 21 day trial you need to purchase the program and then enter the activation key.

Thanks, but the problem is that i use beersmith for around 2 years, even 2 to days ago i use it. All the files from Beersmith are in the documents file in the computer, so the problem is on starting when press the beersmith icon. Should i run the Beersmith.exe?

From the Help menu, select "Recover Key" . Enter the email you used when you activated the account and your key will be emailed to you.
