Importing recipe to iPad

I have a BeerSmith .bsmx recipe  file that someone sent me. How do I import this to my iPad BeerSmith app or is the only way to open up the desktop version and save the recipe to the cloud?  I am working remotely from the desktop and would like to do this directly using the file which was sent as an email attachment.

Greetings Merkur - have the person who sent the recipe post the recipe on the BeerSmith website, then you can download it.  I believe that the only way to obtain the recipe other than to enter it manually.
