Hey Guys,
I just wanted to share something that I stumbled upon today. Pretty interesting article that outlines how a 3D "bioreactor" made up of a hydrogel lattice could change the way we ferment! Do you guys think this could change the way we pitch? How is this going to affect homebrewing?

Maybe. Ethanol isn't particularly drinkable so flavor contribution isn't a consideration. Seems places that might want to do continuous fermentation like a distillery might. Distilleries remove any yeast character unlike beer.
