I have just put in a bitter (Hambleton Bard) used beer enhancer and done all the usual preparation, but after 12 hours still not fermenting.
Can you help?

Hi,
I would give it some more time. In extreme cases, it has taken as long as 48 hours for some of my batches to build up a good head of steam. Some strains get started much slower than others.
Hopefully you used a starter?
Cheers,
Brad
