Picking Hops

Hey guys,

I've planted hops for the 1st time this year but I don't think I have enough to make any significant addition to a brew. Should I pick the hops anyways or just leave them on the bine? Would one be more beneficial to the plant for next years growth?

You'll be cutting down the bines anyway, why not pick the hops and dehydrate them. Get the hang of it this year so you know what to expect next year. You can use them for a late addition.
