With the standard listing of grains in beersmith, what would be "Domestic Wheat"

Wheat Malt, Belgium?
Wheat Malt, German?
White Wheat Malt?

Hi,
I'm not really sure - I would assume domestic wheat is likely unmalted, but its tough for me to say as I've never seen wheat listed under that specific title.

Cheers,
Brad

I assume you have a recipe that says "Domestic Wheat" and you want to brew it.

I would use the white wheat malt and go from there.

Yes, its a wit recipe (Brad's in the Beersmith recipes). My LHBS did not have Flaked wheat, so he suggested substituting the flaked wheat with unmalted wheat, and domestic wheat. So my ingredients list revised by the LHBS, are as follows:

3 gal batch

2.67# 2 Row
2.00# Domestic Wheat
0.67# Unmalted Wheat

.5 oz EKG (60)
.42 oz Corriander (5)
.42 oz Bitter Orange Peel (5)
