I thought I'd share this thought I have yet to use the software, it's just a recipe that I recently brought to a bbq and got rave reviews from complete strangers.

Yield 5 gallons

2# Light Munich
5# Pale
1oz Chocolate

Mash temp 155, yield 85%

1oz Challenger Hops 60 min
.5oz Kent Golding 30 min
.5oz Keng Golding 15 min
.5oz Challenger 5 min

2# clover honey, last 15 min

Yeast was London Ale from Wyest

O.G. 1.046 @ 85 F
F.G  1.004 @ 65 F
Alcohol 6%

The result was a light bodied ale, almost Newcastle brown in color yet unique in flavor, little malt, lightly bitter, aftertaste more of clover than hops, loved by all except the die hard silver bullet fans.

On afterthought I'd back off the malt a bit to create a less alcoholic brew, being that most bbqs start around noon and an overly potent brew might lead to unintended consequences.
