Looking to re-create Sam Adams Brick Red

Hi,
I'm looking to re-create Sam Adams Brick Red beer, it is a Irish Red Ale, and for the most part, you can only get it on tap in certain bars in Boston. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. FYI, as of now, I am doing extract recipes.
Thanks.

I read your great recipe, but, there are things that I do not understand, for example:
Finally, did you use the peeled chestnuts?
Did you peel them completely or did you just remove the first layer?
At what point in the process do you mix the chestnut with the malt?
How big is the ground chestnut?
The link of the photos is cut, please, could you send a new link?
Thank you
