Batch Size and Boil Size Dont Match

I brew ten gallons just got this program and I still havent been able to use it.  The default water settings seem to be wrong and I have not been able to find out how to fix them.  For instance it says Batch Size 10, Boil Size 9.25...Sparge water is all wrong as well, your help is appreciated.

  You need to set up an equipment profile that matches your equipment and then use it in your recipes - this should take care of the problem.

Alright, I have figured that out. my volume is 10 gallons and my boil volume is 11.45...however its not scaling my mash profile i click on details and it says my mash tun volume is 11.6 when it is 15 in my equipment profile.  the mash in is 25.63qt and mash out is 14.35 which still does not add up....can anyone assist with this?
