blank error message when opening cloud recipe

I am trying to open and edit a cloud recipe on my computer and it gives me a blank error message. none of the cloud recipes will open on my computer. my tablet will open my cloud recipes no problem. any thoughts?

I have Windows 10 and do not have this issue.  What OS are you running?  How do you open the recipe?

It is now working, I disconnected from the network and reconnected and poof.
