I recent made a Imperial Stout that was aged with bourbon soaked oak. My carbonation failed. I have been homebrewing for about 6 months and new to all this. I am hoping some of you experienced brewers could tell me what I did wrong. For a 5 gallon batch I used 1.25 cups of DME and waited 2 week before trying it. Do I need to give it more time or did I do something wrong. Someone help!
