BIAB Mash and 10g pot

Trying to do my first BIAB and first BeerSmith as well.  I have a 10 gallon pot.  I have put in this information into BeerSmith but when I look at the Mash tab it says "Mash Volume Needed 9.65g".  My recipe calls for a little over 10lb of grain.  I don't see how I can fit both into a pot.  Won't 10lb of grain displace more than .4 gal of water?

I have tried selecting BIAB, Medium, Light, and Full body under the Mash Profile but that doesn't seem to change the requirements for 9.65g of mash water.

What am I missing here?  How can I fit 10lb of grain into my 10 gallon pot and get efficient BIAB extraction?

You should be able to do a full volume BIAB mash with 5.5 gallons into the fermenter in a 10 gallon kettle with a some wiggle room. Did you set up your equipment profile and a mash profile for BIAB? Here are links to a couple of videos that o a good job of explaining both:

Where the program has the spot for 'mash tun needed', there should be a blue dot next to the value of 9.65 g.  This indicates that you are good to go.  That volume calculation already includes the displacement of the water by the grains and gives you a volume of the water plus grains.  If the number exceeds that of your mash tun volume as specified in the equipment profile, that dot will turn red to let you know.
