This may be common knowledge, but it's news to me. I just discovered that a pair of needle-nosed pliers will yank the widget right out-- the plastic is much softer than I thought it would be and it slips right out. In addition, since they use those shrink-wrapped plastic labels, a quick swipe down the side of the bottle with a razor knife is all it takes to get the label off. No glue!
They're a neat shape, that's the only reason I even tried the pliers in the first place. 12-packs of the stuff are on sale for $9.50 down the street, so I might have to go load up...
