BS3 iOS - Yeast issue
« on: August 15, 2018, 01:27:41 PM »
When working on my iPhone 8 I cannot access the ingredient database for yeast. I?ve tried to just look in the list under ingredients as well as while building a recipe. When I select yeast I get an error message saying ?indexFull.html - JavaScript Error parse error JDON......? see picture for full message.

Anyone else having this issue. Any known fixes.

TIA.

I don't have that issue on my iPhone. I can see and use all the yeasts (and all of the ingredients).

You may need to save all your recipes to the cloud, then reinstall the app.

I did back everything up and then reinstalled the app. Works fine now. Thanks.

Hi,

I have the same problem, but with fermentables, on Beersmith 3 mobile on an iPad Pro.

I?m pretty sure my problem started after installing the whole fruits add on. If I try to uninstall this add on I get the same error message.

I?ll try backing up and re-installing.

I?ve re-installed and fermentables are now accessible again.

However, when I try to install the Water profiles add on, I get a similar error message again.
