Hi
Using BeerSmith 2. Designing a German Pils (2A). Using SAFLager W-34/70 yeast which has fermentation temps min/max of 9 degrees C to 15 degrees C. When I look at "Brew Steps" - Fermentation the following is listed --- 4 days at 19 degrees C and 10 days at 19 degrees C.
Where does the software find the 19 degrees?
Regards Mark

Just out of curiosity, how did you solve the issue? Might help a newbie like me in the future.

The fermentation temperatures in a recipe are set by the fermentation profile and not the specific yeast chosen.  You can change, adapt, or create the fermentation profile to suit your needs.
