BS3 changes my mash profile

I created a complicated mash profile to try and maximize my attenuation and apparently BS3 doesn't want me to do it.
Start at 148 for 10 minutes
Ramp up to 154 over 4 min and then sit for 10 min.
Take the mash back down to 148 over a period of 15 minutes, leave it for 5
Mash out at 168.

So the steps are 148-154-148-168.

When I save the file and come back to it later, BS resets it to 148-148-154-168 - it seems to think I made a mistake and is correcting my schedule for me.  Is there any way to force it to save what I want?

BeerSmith sorts mash steps in ascending temperature order and there isn't a work around.

On a brewing theory level, you'll gain more fermentability with a thicker, 148 to 151oF mash at 5.2 pH and some added calcium than with nearly any profile step mash.

The calcium helps alpha amylase work more effectively. The low pH helps Beta amylase by acting as a temperature buffer.
