I'm in desparate need of a Victory Hop Wallop recipe

This is my favorite IIPA of all time. Strong hoppiness with little to no malt. I'm thinking mostly (or all) pale malt with a ton of hops but I've yet to formulate my own recipe so I'm not sure.
 
I'd like to get my paws on this one too. Anyone have any insight into the makeup of Hop Wallop?
